This Commercial License applies to eligible paid digital design files purchased from Aqua Artistry Creations, a sole proprietorship operated by Saqib A.

We want our license to be simple:

You may use your purchased design to create and sell unlimited finished physical products. You may not sell, share, transfer, distribute, or give away the digital design file itself – whether original, modified, converted, traced, or otherwise altered.

Purchasing a design gives you a license to use the design. It does not transfer ownership or copyright in the design to you.

Use photographs or mockups of your finished physical products to advertise those products.

Share the digital design file with another person or business.
Upload the file to another website, marketplace, group, cloud library, forum, or file-sharing service.
Resell the file under the Aqua Artistry Creations name.
Resell the file under your own name or brand.
Claim that you created or own the original design.
Sell an edited or modified version of the digital design.
Convert the file to another format and sell or distribute it.
Trace, redraw, recreate, vectorize, or otherwise reproduce the design for digital resale or distribution.
Include the design in digital bundles, SVG collections, templates, clipart packs, graphics packs, memberships, subscriptions, or downloadable products.
Register the design, or a substantially similar version of it, as your copyright, trademark, logo, or other exclusive intellectual property.

1. Commercial License Grant

When you purchase an eligible digital design from Aqua Artistry Creations, you receive a:

personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide commercial license

to use that design to create finished physical products.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, this license permits unlimited physical product production and sales.

There is no per-item royalty payable to Aqua Artistry Creations for physical products made in accordance with this license.

The license remains valid for the purchaser unless it is terminated because of a violation of these terms.

2. Unlimited Physical Product Use

You may use the purchased design to create an unlimited number of physical items, including suitable laser-cut products made from materials such as:

Wood
MDF
Acrylic
Plywood
Metal
Cardstock
Leather
Similar craft materials

Examples include signs, ornaments, decorations, wall art, door hangers, layered projects, gifts, home décor, accessories, and other finished physical craft products.

You may sell these finished physical products for profit.

There is no limit on the number of finished physical products you may personally produce and sell, unless a particular product listing expressly states otherwise.

3. The Digital File Is Never for Resale

The commercial license applies to finished physical products only.

The original digital design file remains protected and may never itself become a product that you sell, distribute, license, share, or give away.

This restriction applies to all file formats, including but not limited to:

SVG, DXF, EPS, AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, CDR, or any other digital or machine-readable format.

You may not sell or distribute the digital design:

As originally downloaded;
After changing its size;
After changing colors;
After changing wording;
After adding names;
After removing elements;
After adding elements;
After rearranging elements;
After converting it to another file format;
After combining it with other designs;
After tracing or redrawing it;
After simplifying or expanding it;
After creating additional layers;
After making any other modification.

Editing the design does not give you ownership of the design and does not create a right to sell the digital file.

4. Modified Designs Remain Protected

You are welcome to modify our designs as necessary to create your finished physical products.

However, modifications do not remove the restrictions of this license.

For example, you may purchase a sign design, add a customer’s family name, cut it from wood, paint it, assemble it, and sell the completed sign.

You may not take that personalized version and sell the SVG, DXF, EPS, PDF, PNG, or other digital file to the customer or anyone else.

You may not claim:

“I modified it, therefore it is now my design.”

You may not rebrand an Aqua Artistry Creations design as your own digital design.

This restriction applies regardless of how much the original file has been edited, modified, converted, rearranged, customized, or combined with other elements where our protected design remains incorporated or recognizable.

5. No Third-Party File Sharing

The purchased digital design is licensed to the purchaser only.

You must not send, transfer, upload, share, or otherwise provide the digital file to a third party.

This includes, without limitation:

Customers
Clients
Friends
Family members
Other crafters
Designers
Contractors
Freelancers
Manufacturers
Production partners
Laser-cutting services
Printing companies
Fulfillment companies
Print-on-demand providers
Online marketplaces
Facebook or social-media groups
Shared digital libraries
File-sharing websites

Physical product = permitted.

Digital design file = not permitted.

If a customer purchases a customized product from you, the customer may receive the finished physical product, but not the underlying digital design file.

6. No Digital Resale Under Any Name

You may not sell, publish, distribute, or offer our digital designs:

Under the Aqua Artistry Creations name;
Under your own personal name;
Under your business name;
Under another brand;
Without any brand name;
As an original file;
As an edited file;
As a derivative digital file;
As part of another digital product.

Changing the name, branding, packaging, file format, appearance, or presentation does not create a new license or ownership right.

You may not represent an Aqua Artistry Creations design as a digital design created entirely by you.

7. No Digital Products or Templates

Our designs may not be incorporated into another product where the customer receives a reusable digital representation of the design.

For example, you may not use our designs in:

SVG bundles
DXF bundles
Digital templates
Editable templates
Canva templates
Cricut or Silhouette digital files
Laser-cut file collections
Clipart collections
Sublimation design files
Printable files
Digital planners
Digital downloads
Membership libraries
Subscription libraries
Design databases
Software asset libraries

The purpose of this Commercial License is to allow you to sell physical craftsmanship, not competing digital design products.

8. No Print-on-Demand or Third-Party Manufacturing

This license does not permit you to upload or provide our digital files to print-on-demand companies, manufacturers, production partners, fulfillment services, or similar third-party services when that third party receives or retains access to the digital design.

The licensed purchaser must maintain control of the digital design file.

You may sell the physical products that you create from the design.

You may not distribute the design file as part of the production process.

9. Product Photography and Advertising

You may photograph your completed physical products and use those photographs for:

Online product listings
Your website
Etsy or other marketplaces
Social media
Advertisements
Craft-fair advertising
Printed promotional materials

You may also create reasonable mockups or previews solely to advertise the permitted physical product.

Any preview should be presented in a manner that does not provide customers with a usable or extractable copy of the original digital design.

10. Attribution Is Not Required

You are not required to credit Aqua Artistry Creations when selling permitted finished physical products.

You may sell the finished physical product under your own craft or business brand.

However, this does not give you the right to claim authorship, copyright ownership, or exclusive intellectual-property ownership of the underlying Aqua Artistry Creations design.

11. Copyright and Ownership

All copyrights and intellectual-property rights in the original designs remain with Aqua Artistry Creations and/or the applicable rights holder.

Your purchase is a purchase of a license, not a sale or assignment of copyright.

No ownership rights in the underlying artwork or digital design are transferred to the purchaser.

All rights not expressly granted in this Commercial License are reserved.

12. Non-Exclusive License

Your commercial license is non-exclusive.

Aqua Artistry Creations may continue to:

Sell the same design;
License the same design;
Use the same design;
Modify the same design;
Create related designs;
Grant licenses to other customers.

Purchasing a design does not give you exclusive rights to that design.

13. No Trademark or Exclusive Registration

You may not register, attempt to register, or claim exclusive rights over an Aqua Artistry Creations design or a substantially similar adaptation of it as:

A trademark;
Service mark;
Business logo;
Copyright owned by you;
Registered design;
Brand identifier; or
Other exclusive intellectual-property right.

This prevents one license holder from restricting Aqua Artistry Creations or other properly licensed customers from using the design.

14. License Belongs to the Purchaser

The license belongs only to the individual or business that purchased the design.

It may not be:

Transferred;
Assigned;
Resold;
Gifted;
Sublicensed; or
Shared with another business.

If another person or separate business wishes to use the digital design, they must purchase their own license where the design remains available for purchase.

Your purchase receipt or order record may be used as evidence of your license.

15. Free Files Are Not Covered by This License

Design files offered as Free Downloads by Aqua Artistry Creations are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

Use the file to create projects for yourself.
Create finished physical gifts for family or friends.
Resize, personalize, or modify the design for your personal project.

Free files may not be used to create products for sale, paid orders, business use, fundraising sales, or any other commercial purpose.

The digital file may never be sold, shared, redistributed, uploaded, given away, or included in another digital collection – whether in its original or modified form.

You may share photographs of your finished personal project, but you may not share the actual design file.

Simple rule:
Personal project or personal gift ✓

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the designs for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes another person’s intellectual-property or other legal rights.

You may not use the designs to falsely imply that Aqua Artistry Creations endorses, sponsors, partners with, or is affiliated with your business.

You may not use our brand name, logo, website identity, product photographs, descriptions, or other proprietary content to impersonate Aqua Artistry Creations.

17. License Violations and Termination

Any material breach of this Commercial License may result in immediate termination of your license.

If the license is terminated because of a violation, you must stop using the affected design and delete or destroy all unauthorized digital copies in your possession or control.

Unauthorized copying, resale, distribution, sharing, or publication of our digital files may also constitute copyright infringement.

Aqua Artistry Creations reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in relation to unauthorized use or infringement.

Termination of the license does not prevent Aqua Artistry Creations from pursuing remedies relating to violations that occurred before termination.

18. Digital File Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to provide files in the formats described on each product page.

Because laser machines, cutting software, operating systems, materials, settings, and third-party applications vary, Aqua Artistry Creations cannot guarantee compatibility with every machine, software package, material, or workflow.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the advertised file format is compatible with their equipment and software before purchase.

19. Limitation of License

Only the rights specifically stated in this Commercial License are granted.

If a use is not expressly permitted, you should not assume that it is permitted.

For unusual commercial arrangements or uses outside this license, contact Aqua Artistry Creations before using the design.

Written permission from Aqua Artistry Creations is required for any exception to these license terms.

20. Updates to This License

Aqua Artistry Creations may update this Commercial License from time to time.

Unless required by law or necessary to address unlawful or abusive use, material changes will generally apply prospectively.

The license applicable to a purchase will ordinarily be the license presented or referenced at the time of that purchase.

21. Governing Law

This Commercial License shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to a customer under applicable law.

Any dispute relating to this license shall be subject to the jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

Written permission is required for any use outside the rights expressly granted by this license.

The Simple Rule

You bought the right to make and sell the physical product — not the right to sell, share, transfer, or redistribute the design file.
