This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from Aqua Artistry Creations, a sole proprietorship operated by Saqib A.

Because our products are digital files delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once access to the purchased files has been provided.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a digital file has been delivered, downloaded, or made available to the purchaser.

Unlike a physical product, a digital file cannot be physically returned after it has been accessed.

Please review the product description, included file formats, images, dimensions, compatibility information, and license terms before purchasing.

2. When We May Provide a Refund or Replacement

We want customers to receive the product they purchased.

A refund, replacement file, or other appropriate resolution may be provided where:

The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
The download provided is missing files specifically listed in the product description.
The file contains a significant technical defect that prevents normal use.
You received the wrong digital product.
A duplicate purchase was made accidentally for the exact same product.
The product is materially different from what was described on the product page.
We are unable to provide a working replacement after reasonable troubleshooting.

Where possible, we will normally attempt to correct, replace, or resend the file first before issuing a refund.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a problem with a file, please contact us and provide:

Your order number or purchase information;
The product name;
A description of the problem;
The software and machine you are using; and
A screenshot or error message, where applicable.

We will make reasonable efforts to determine whether the issue is caused by the supplied file.

If the file itself is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement, we may issue a refund or other appropriate resolution.

4. Issues That Are Not Normally Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will generally not be provided because:

You changed your mind.
You no longer need the design.
You purchased the wrong design by mistake.
You did not read the product description before purchasing.
You expected a physical product instead of a digital download where the listing clearly identified the product as digital.
You do not have compatible software or equipment.
You do not know how to use your laser machine, cutting software, or design software.
Your software does not support one of the advertised file formats.
You are unhappy with your machine’s cutting, engraving, or material results.
You incorrectly resized, edited, converted, or modified the file.
You purchased the design and later found a similar design elsewhere.
You no longer wish to use the commercial license.
You have already downloaded or used the file and simply prefer another design.

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before purchasing.

5. Machine and Software Compatibility

Laser cutters, engraving machines, design programs, operating systems, materials, and machine settings vary significantly.

Aqua Artistry Creations provides the file formats stated in each product listing but cannot guarantee that every design will work with every machine, software package, material, or production setup.

A compatibility problem caused by the customer’s software, machine, settings, or equipment does not by itself make the product defective.

However, we are happy to assist with reasonable troubleshooting where possible.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where we can verify the duplicate transaction, we may refund the duplicate purchase.

This does not apply to purchases of different products, bundles, licenses, or similar designs.

7. Unauthorized Use Does Not Create a Refund Right

A refund does not permit continued use of the associated digital product.

If a refund is issued, your license to use the refunded digital product may be terminated.

You must stop using the design and delete the downloaded files unless Aqua Artistry Creations confirms otherwise in writing.

You may not request a refund and continue producing, selling, sharing, or otherwise using products based on the refunded design.

8. Refund Abuse

Aqua Artistry Creations reserves the right to refuse refund requests that reasonably appear to involve:

Repeated refund abuse;
Fraudulent claims;
Attempts to obtain digital files without payment;
Chargeback abuse;
Misrepresentation of technical problems; or
Continued use of a product after requesting or receiving a refund.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record, including Lemon Squeezy, where applicable.

Any approved refund may be processed through the original payment method and may also be subject to the payment provider’s processing procedures.

Aqua Artistry Creations does not control the time taken by banks, payment processors, card issuers, or other financial institutions to display a completed refund.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate legitimate technical or billing issues.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in termination of the associated license and restriction of future purchases, where permitted by law.

11. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, replacement, or other remedy, those mandatory rights will apply.

12. How to Request Help

If your purchased file is not working correctly, please contact Aqua Artistry Creations through our website contact page.

Please include your order information and a clear description of the problem.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide:

Technical assistance;
A corrected file;
A replacement download; or
A refund where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

If we cannot provide a working replacement for a verified problem, an appropriate refund may be issued.

If there is a genuine problem with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Refund requests received after this 3-day period will generally not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
