The Commercial License generally permits the purchaser to:

Create physical products using the purchased design;
Sell finished physical products; and
Produce unlimited finished physical products, subject to the Commercial License.

The Commercial License does not permit the purchaser to sell, share, transfer, redistribute, sublicense, or provide the underlying digital design file to another person or business.

This applies to original and modified versions of the digital design.

Your use of purchased designs is governed by our separate Commercial License, which forms part of these Terms.

If there is a question specifically concerning permitted use of a purchased design, the Commercial License will control.

5. Free Files

Files clearly marked as Free Downloads are provided for personal, non-commercial use only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Free files may be used to create:

Personal projects; and
Finished physical gifts for family or friends where no payment or commercial benefit is received.

Free files may not be used to create products for sale, paid orders, business use, commercial production, or other profit-making purposes.

Free files may never be sold, shared, redistributed, uploaded, given away, or included in another digital collection, whether in their original or modified form.

You may share photographs of your completed personal project, but you may not share the actual digital design file.

Operating system;
Material;
Controller;
Plugin; or
Production workflow.

Customers are responsible for checking that the advertised file formats are compatible with their software and equipment before purchasing.

13. Prices and Product Information
